  Disgusting!!! I found a long broken off nail in my salad. No manager came to the table to explain after I complained and the best the waiter did is say sorry and took the salad off my bill. Our chicken was dried out and my husbands side order was wrong. If I had seen the filthy bathroom before sitting down to eat I would have left before any of this ever happened. I will never step foot in that location ever again. I am not typically one to complain or be overly fussy but this was beyond!

  This place has been horrible for years. We decided to give it another chance tonight and on the sunniest day of the year the patio was not open. Incredible.

  I called to order two dinners for pickup. Person answering the phone was difficult to understand and given what followed I wonder if she doesn't understand English very well either. I ordered one chicken & ribs, and one half rack of ribs. We were billed for two half racks, and actually got one half rack, one 1/3 rack (no chicken). Just to make it worse, the 1/3 rack appeared to have been sitting for a while, rather dried out. When I called to complain I was offered 20% off next time - what next time?? I was told it was entered as two identical orders of ribs. If I had intended to order two of the same thing, why would I have ordered each one separately? If it was entered as two identical meals why wasn't that what we got, instead of what looked like what I ordered but they forgot to add the chicken? I asked for a credit to my husband's card for the difference but apparently they couldn't (or wouldn't?) do that. I guess we'll get pizza or Haugen's next time.

  Food is always dry and tasteless. Management is incredibly rude they have charged gift cards of mine and then said they dont take them when the driver shows up but card is still charged. Manager tried to argue with me that it was my fault when after a month head office disclosed it was 100% her fault and i had the meal refunded. Never again.
